  • it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was originally collected/ processed it for.
  • There is no overriding legitimate or legal interest to continue this processing.  We can refuse erasure if the information is needed to comply with legal obligations.

Accordingly, even if You close Your Party Booth Account, we will retain certain Data to meet our obligations.

Once the period necessary has expired your personal information will be deleted from our servers.
